Richard Marx – Greatest Hits Live In Singapore

This weekend, Richard Marx will be Right Here Waiting.

The American singer-songwriter will perform at a Sept 14 show presented by Dementia Singapore, a social service agency that specialises in dementia care, caregiver support, training, consultancy and advocacy.

The 60-year-old is known for hits such as the acoustic ballad Now And Forever (1994) and soft rock number Hazard (1992). Dance With My Father (2003), a song which he wrote and composed with American singer Luther Vandross, won a Grammy Award for Song Of The Year.

Net proceeds from the show will go towards supporting Dementia Singapore’s programmes and services to care for and support those with dementia and their caregivers.

Known for his blend of pop, R&B and soul, South Korean artiste Lee Ho-jeong, also known as Dept, is set to showcase his diverse musical repertoire on Sept 15.

His artistic persona combines the words “debt” and “department”, and signifies his deep gratitude and respect for the artistes who have shaped his musical journey, such as South Korean singer-actress IU.

His 2016 debut single Easily, which depicts going out with a loved one, features K-pop singer Kang Tae-woo. Dept is also known for the number Van Gogh (2022), which features American singer Ashley Alisha.

Also joining as a guest at his show is Singaporean singer Shazza.

After a hiatus of almost a decade, Taiwanese singer Chiang Yu-heng is back to perform in the Lion City.

The veteran performer, who released many albums in the 1980s and 1990s, is known for sentimental classics such as Looking Back Again (1989) and A Moving Heart (1987).

His lyrics often depict a lonely or melancholy protagonist, and his upcoming performance promises to be an evening of bittersweet memories.
